MB Entogama has been perfecting unique cricket processing methods for five years, aiming to preserve the nutrition given by nature and offer a healthy, protein-rich and tasty alternative to traditional snacks. Our technologies are a balance between science and naturalness, allowing us to offer extremely healthy, minimally processed products.

Unique growing method

We raise crickets of a breed specifically bred for human consumption, in an extremely clean environment, and feed them organically. This ensures the highest quality and safety.

Innovative technology

We use the most advanced thermodynamic processing methods that:

  • Allows you to preserve up to 95% of natural nutrients;
  • Reduces the need for additives to a minimum;
  • Ensures safety without excessive processing.

We can boast of our meticulous technological achievements – our dried cricket flour is only 30-40 microns in size – there are no analogues of such a fraction on the market!

  • A species of domestic cricket (Acheta domesticus) bred specifically for human consumption
  • Growing in a clean, controlled environment

REFRIGERATION

Unique quick freezing at a temperature of -22°C stops biochemical processes, preserving the original properties and texture of the products.

Preparation Cycle

Multi-stage heat treatment is applied:

  • Blanching at 100°C (kills pathogens, stops enzyme activity, stabilizes color and improves texture)
  • Drying at low temperature (intended to preserve up to 95% of nutrients)

Each batch is tested in the laboratory.

Patented vacuum drying

Our uniquely designed equipment dries crickets at 40°C under vacuum conditions – which allows us to preserve significantly more nutrients than traditional methods.

Flavoring

Innovative technology that allows for the even distribution of natural spices without any sugar or other excipients, while maintaining the highest possible naturalness of the product.

Packaging

We use eco-friendly vacuum packaging, which ensures long-lasting freshness without preservatives.
